If you are just a little hungry this banana lassi is perfect!

Ingredients (1 person)
1/2 Banana
2 dL Yogurt (1%)
1-2 tsp Acacia honey
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/5 tsp Cardamom

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a glass with ice cubes. Enjoy your lassi right away!

Bananas contain relatively high amounts of vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potasium, where the latter is explored by athletes to quickly replenish electrolytes during and after physical training. Banana juice is furthermore used to treat both kidney stones and high blood pressure.
