Almonds, soya, 15-20 minutes, and suddenly you have the most amazing as beer nuts!
They're also very very good as salad topping.
Soya sauce (regular, e.g. Kikkoman)
Add the almonds to a pan and springle with a little soya sauce (2-4 tbs for 30-40 almonds). Heat up to medium heat and roast for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy them whole accompanied with a cold beer or chopped as salad topping.
