Ananas-Mynte Lassi

This is heavy Freshness!

Ingredients (1 person)
100 g Pineapple
1 dL Natural yogurt (1%)
10 Mint leaves
1-2 tsp Acacia honey

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a glass with ice cubes. Enjoy your lassi right away!

Pineapple is a good source of both vitamin C and B1 plus manganese. Furthermore, it is claimed that pineapple is able to relieve pain and beneficial for some intestinal disorders.
