If you are having a weekend brunch these sweet'n crunchy müsli cupcakes should already now be on your "to do" list!
Here I serve you three variants derived from the same basic recipe - Banana/Chocolate, Red Currant, and Double Chocolate Chip.

Ingredients (12)
175 g All purpose flour
50 g Muesli
1 tsp Baking powder
120 g Sugar
30 g Butter (soft)
1 dL Creme fraiche 
1 Egg
Then choose between:
130 g Banana (mashed) & 50 g Dark chocolate (chopped) or 
200 g Red Currants or
100 g White chocolate & 50 g Dark chocolate (both types chopped)

Turn on the oven at 180 degree celcius. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, combine with the soft butter and mix well - here a fork works very well. 
In another bowl, mix creme fraiche and egg, and add to the ingredients in the other bowl - mix well untill combined. 
Finally, add the filling of choice, mix, and add a large tablespoon to each of 12 paper cups (diameter 6-7 cm). Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. 

Cool off and serve with creme fraiche or whipped cream.
